The Spine Board is making it suitable for water rescue operations. It is X-Ray translucent, lightweight, waterproof and resilient to wear and tear. The Floating Spine Board is compatible with our head immobilizer to secure the patient head down for casualty evacuation. In doing so, further trauma caused by head / back movement is prevented.
